Easy apple tart

Heat oven to 190°C. Unroll pastry onto a tray and prick the center with a fork.

Peel and slice apples. Arrange in circles, leaving a 2 cm border. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.

Bake 30–35 minutes until apples and pastry are golden. Brush with warmed jam if desired.
